Sign Language To Be Included In School Curriculum

 Hey everyone!

 Today with God's blessings I can hear and talk but I don't know whether I will be able to do so tomorrow. Heredity, adolescence, old age, accidents etc. can lead to temporary or even permanent hearing loss or speech impairment. Just think about your life where suddenly you cannot hear or speak ..  Over 5% of the world's and 6% of India's population is hard of hearing. Parents of children hard of hearing or with speech impairments, face difficulty to communicate to their offspring, these people are surrounded with people of heir community, but they don't have a fair opportunity to come to the mainstream of the society. Many institutions are working to educate people about sign language and the urge to learn it, to use it as a common language spoken. What can be the solution to this problem ? I think that schools should teach  sign language to students as a language subject. This way our future generation will be ready to talk to the persons hard of hearing or with speech impairment. These people would have a better living condition with mutual understanding and support. This would also generate a lot of employment opportunities to people who can teach sign  language to school children. Hope this message reach influential people who can make this thought a reality.

THE MAGICAL CLASSROOM

I was in my classroom and it was music period. There was a girl in my class named Shikha who had magical powers. When the teacher was about to enter the class she made herself invisible. The teacher came in and said to sing a group song. No one was interested to sing including me and excluding a boy. So an another boy named Vivan (a character of balveer returns) went near shikha and requested her to make him invisible too after some arguments she agreed and made him invisible. Then an other girl named Sutli (a character of balveer returns)went to her asking her to make her to make her a mermaid and she again accepted her wish and she became a beautiful golden mermaid. All the class was sing but were concentrating in what Shikha was doing. The boy who liked to sing sat near me and told me to sing. I was not singing at that time but he blackmailed me that if you will not sing then I will complaint to sir, so I sang for some time and then again stopped. After Sutli became a mermaid then I came to know that our class was inside the ocean. After the class we (I don't know how) we were in the Rajaji National Park where there was a toy elephant and a toy Auto- rikshaw WHICH COULD CARRY ANYONE for Safari 👀👀......

The Lion

 Me and my family were at a building . Suddenly a Lion came near me and my sister😧 I told her that I saw a lion here. She said "where?". I pointed towards the lion and she also saw. Then the lion came back he was walking on a wall which was near us. When he was coming I ran away but my sister stood there. The lion came near her but didn't harm her. Then the lion jumped from the wall and sat on the floor (we were on the terrace of that building).When I saw that he didn't harm my sister I went near him and touched him but he didn't even mind then my sister again touched and pet him then also he didn't scare us then I again pet him so much that he got irritated and stood up. It was so heavy that when it stood up I fell down🙍. Then he went near my father and yawned.My father also touched him but again he didn't harm my father. At that time I was shouting at the lion that "Maxy is much better than you!😡"(Maxy is my friends dog😄)

The Giant Cobra

I was wandering here and there in my grandma’s house. Suddenly I saw a very big cobra😮😫😫😫😫😫. I screamed and then I ran away. When I looked back the cobra was chasing me. Suddenly an idea came in my mind. I went to the back of our house where there were burning bamboos. I hadn’t wore slippers and with my bare feets I walked on the burning bamboo stick. Finally I crossed the bamboos then I ran again and then knocked the the back side door and called my granny like this “Muthashi! Muthashi! [Granny! Granny!]. She opened the door and pulled me in. I locked the door at once. Then I said “oofh, 😨Muthashi there is a giant cobra over there”. Then we opened the side door  for our surprise the cobra was sitting there. I told my granny not to go there but she didn’t listen and went out. The cobra didn’t hurt my granny but for my goodness it died [I don’t know how]. Then My granny did its funeral by giving milk and then I woke up.

Analysis

       This dream came when I and my family was seeing the videos in the mobile of a case in which a husband killed his wife with the help of a snake.The husband was a snake expert.

Out Of India [A Silly Dream]

My grandparents, my sister and I were in Australia. There I was working in a shop of the two characters of TMKOC that is Tarak Meheta Ka Oolta Chashma which is an Indian comedy entertainment show😆😆. My grandparents and I were wandering here and there and we reached our shop where I found a small statue of a cactus. The two characters asked me to get them one more statue like this. I went to some shops then I found three statues like it. I decided to buy an octopus statue which was a little smaller than the one which Babita and Iyer [the names of the two characters] had. I gave the statue to them but at the same time one more person came to the shop and gave them the same statue of a bigger size.They received the statue from the man also. My luck was so bad that they gave back the statue to me. I woke up then.

Analysis

          This dream had caused because I daily watch this T.V show [TMKOC].

I Am Going

My two friends and I were sitting on a tree in the campus of our school. That was my last day in the school and there was nobody in the school except we three. We were talking. After some time our driver uncle came and called me. I looked back. He said "its time for us to go". When I turned back I saw that one of my friend is missing. I tried my best to find her all over the school, but couldn't find. Then I told my second friend "its time for me to go now. If you find her please tell her that I tried to find her and also say bye to her". She said "don't worry, I will tell her. Ok then bye". I went near my car  after some time I sat down inside my car. I thought for some time that where has she gone. Then the car started. I was looking back, suddenly I saw someone running behind my car. For my surprise it was none other than my friend who was missing. I stopped the car and went near her. Then I opened my eyes. I mean I woke up.


Analysis:

I had this dream because we had shifted that time and we were planning to change my school. I love my friends too much and then lockdown started. I am missing them so much and I don't want to change my school since I had been there for six years.

The Lasaniya

My sister, my classmate and myself were going to school together. When we reached the school I asked him "what are you going to make today?"He said "lasagne 😊"[pronounced as lasanya] Then he said to my sister " please come to help me" then he told me also to help him. Then we started working. After some time our maths teacher came and started asking "what are you making today?". We said" lasagne". He said" oh no! 😦 it will take too much of  time. I wanted to eat some delicious snack today". At that time I was typing the recipe very fast in the laptop. Then he [maths teacher] also helped us make lasagne. When he started helping the shape of lasagne got distorted and we had to roll the dough again😠😞. Then I woke up.

Analysis:
              I had this dream because my father was talking last night about the lasagne flavour of Maggi that he had tasted in his childhood. I  am also learning typing on the keyboard nowadays and wanted to to type very fast. Both these factors caused this dream.

My Old Dream

This is one of my old dreams😃. I don't remember this dream actually, but when I started this blog, my aunt asked me that do you remember your candy fairy dream? I said "no".And so I wanted to listen this story and then I asked my mother to narrate the dream for me.Then she started "when you were in Pithoragarh your grandfather used to tell about THE CANDY FAIRY he used to tell that this fairy comes in our dream and gives us candy" .Then he used to keep a candy at the bottom of my pillow and when Iwoke up in the  morning I used to become happy that the fairy came in my dream and gave me candy. Then after some months my grandpa went back to our hometown, some days passed away and I became so sad that I said "the fairy has gone with grandpa"  then my parents called my grandpa and told him the matter. He said "give the  phone to her [me]". He told  me "don't be sad I have told the fairy to come in your dream and give you candy". I became so happy hearing that. Then he told my mother " keep a candy at the bottom of her pillow while she is sleeping". And then my mother did the same to make me happy.

[This was a good  dream for me ☺️but this was not the  truth. After so many years because of this blog Icould listen this wonderful dream.]

The Adventure In The Ship

A ship was attached to our house and we were going to travel. I entered the ship and saw my mother and sis taking photos. When I saw the sea I said "woooooow". Then I remembered about my camera. Just a minute later  my father came with his camera. He gave his camera to our driver uncle and took photos of the sea with his mobile. I asked him about my camera. He said "go straight then right". When I took right turn there was a small path. I crossed the path, took my camera and came back. When I entered the ship, my leg slipped and I fell down. But luckily I got  hold of a rope. I was swung in the air. Then suddenly I woke up 😦😨. What a bad dream I thought then thought what would happen next and I thought of a slide attached to the ship. I somehow managed to reach the ship, but unfortunately in the momentum my body popped up higher and I was again falling down. Again I woke up with a jerk😲😮😨. Then I went down to narrate my adventurous dream to my parents.

Analysis:

My father told me that I had this dream because of my current ambition to become a Naval Officer when I grow big. I had several doubts weather I would  be successful in achieving it - like whether I will grow tall enough to be qualified, whether I would be able to learn swimming, etc.....

My New Nail Polish

I was in the bathroom, and my sister was in the bedroom. When I came out of the bathroom, she[my sister] was quietly doing something. I looked what was she doing so quietly? I saw that she was applying  a nail polish. I asked her "is it my nail polish?". She said "no". But still I had doubt on her. So, I checked the packet. For my surprise it was my nail polish which my aunt  had gifted me. I loved that nail polish so much that I became angry and shouted at her "why have you taken my new nail polish ?If you wanted it you could ask me. why have you stolen?? And also you lied.Why? Why?" Then I beat her on her back very tightly. [But really I beat her on her stomach] Suddenly I woke up and then I rushed to my room and I hid the nail polish to a safer place.Then I told my mother also. She [my sister] was asking me the whole day what happened. At last I told her that you stole my new nail polish in my dream and I beat you in your back. Then she told me that I have beaten her very tightly on her stomach while sleeping, not on her back!!

Analysis:

I watched this dream during the study leave of my session ending exam as my sister was asking me the nail polish since two days and I said that I will give her after the exams.

My Covid-19 Online Classes

           I went to my Hindi teacher's house. There was a big room in which there were colourful chairs and desks. The teacher was teaching us. After I returned home, other teachers started asking our class ''how it happened?? '' We said that there is a app in which we can do it, [but I don't know how] in that app if teachers are calling  us to their house it shows a girl's photo and if they are taking classes online it shows a photo of a book, pen and pencil. After some time all photos changed to the girl's photo. Suddenly! my mother woke me up and my dream was broken. 

       

Analysis:

The dream  occurred during covid-19 lockdown period and my online classes had started. Now, I no longer could sleep late as  I had to be ready for online classes by 9am. This tension might have caused this dream! The fact that all photos changed to the girl's photo shows the hope that all things would return to normal soon.
